Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Members are responsible for managing their subscriptions via their customer portal.
6. Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time via their customer portal or by emailing us at support@taoistwellness.online.
When a subscription is cancelled:
-
No further payments will be taken.

At the end of that billing period, access will be removed.
Cancelling a membership may also end access to any promotional pricing or discounts associated with that subscription.
7. Refund Policy
Free Trial
The 7-day free trial allows you to explore the academy before committing to a paid membership. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
Cooling-Off Period
After the first paid subscription charge, new members have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they may request a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@taoistwellness.online within this period.
Renewals
Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable.
Members can cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase more than one membership, please contact support immediately.
Where a duplicate subscription is confirmed, the academy may issue a refund for the duplicate charge if the request is made within 14 days of the charge.
Members are responsible for ensuring they do not create multiple active subscriptions.
Older Charges
Outside the cooling-off period, we are not obligated to provide refunds for previous charges.
Refunds outside these conditions may be granted at the academy’s discretion and where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Promotions and Discounts
