#1: WAKE UP: Start Your Day With Awareness

Before you even get out of bed, focus on your breath. Slow it down, relax your face, and let go of any tension as you let your body gently wake up.

When you rise, wash your face mindfully.

Feel the water on your skin and use this moment to ground yourself before the day begins.

#2: OUTSIDE MORNING PRACTICE: Connect With Nature

Resist the urge to grab your phone or check technology first thing.

Instead, step outside and spend a few minutes standing quietly in meditation.

Start with sequential relaxation, softening each part of your body from your face to your toes.

Practice slow, steady breathing, and then engage in Morning Adjustment Qi Gong or simple stretches to wake up your energy.

#3: MOVEMENT SNACKS: Sprinkle Movement Throughout Your Day

Set a reminder every hour to try a Qi Gong move or flow through a simple Tai Chi motion.

These “movement snacks” not only energize your body but also keep you connected to your breath and Qi.

#4: MINDFUL BREATHS: Pause & Reset

Throughout your day, train yourself to take a single mindful breath whenever you feel distracted or tense.

Relax your face, slow your exhale, and bring yourself back to the present moment. These small pauses can have a big impact on your sense of calm and focus.
